WeWork signs lease at Hines’ 609 Main at Texas in Houston

WeWork has signed a lease for 56,000-square-foot of office space at 609 Main at Texas in Houston.

609 Main at Texas which is developed and managed by Hines, is a 48-story, 1,073,075-square-foot office tower at the corner of Main and Texas streets in downtown Houston. The coworking company will occupy the building’s 25th and 26th floors.

This will be the company’s second location in downtown Houston adding to WeWork’s location at The Jones Building (709 Main Street). WeWork 609 Main Street will also be WeWork’s fourth location in the Houston metro area including WeWork Galleria Office Tower I and 1725 Hughes Landing in The Woodlands.
