Hines launches new global flexible workspace platform

Hines, the international real estate firm, has launched Hines² (Hines Squared), its a new global flexible workspace platform.

The new platform will launch in two Hines buildings, which will be known as The Square, at 717 Texas, a 33-story Class A office tower in Houston and The Kearns Building, a 10-story, 167,000-square-foot office building in Salt Lake City.

Hines has partnered with flexible space provider Industrious which will operate Hines² coworking spaces with future projects across the Hines portfolio already in the pipeline. Hines will also partner with Convene which will operate sites that include full-service meeting and event management.

Partnering with Industrious will accelerate that progression while maintaining our high level of service,” said Hines Chief Innovation Officer Charlie Kuntz in an announcement.
