European residential real estate manager and investor Heimstaden has appointed Steen Lønberg Jørgensen as head of capital raising and client relations and member of group management.
Steen Lønberg Jørgensen joins Heimstaden from Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), where he spent seven years as partner and head of fund raising and IR.
During his seven years with CIP, Steen was instrumental in building a strong IR team across offices in Europe, North America, and APAC as well as in developing and raising CIP’s market pioneering and leading renewables funds. At CIP, he was in charge of raising above EUR 15 billion for CIP’s five fund strategies from more than 125 institutional investors across 18 countries.
