Global real estate consulting firm JLL has appointed Stephanie Hyde as its new CEO, EMEA Markets Advisory.
Stephanie Hyde, currently UK CEO and Cluster Leader, Northern Europe, will expand her role to be CEO, Markets Advisory, EMEA alongside her UK CEO role, effective 1 July.
Hyde joined JLL in 2021 following over 25 years in professional services. She has extensive experience working with clients from a wide range of industries at a UK and global level. In her leadership roles she’s developed skills and experience in sustainability, technology and business transformation.”
Hyde’s appointment follows the announcement that Andy Poppink will join JLL’s Global Executive Board as CEO, Markets Advisory, after nearly three years leading Markets Advisory in EMEA.

JLL’s Markets Advisory business offers agency leasing and tenant representation; property management for owners of office, industrial and logistics, retail, multi-housing and specialty properties; and advisory and consulting, such as location and portfolio strategies.
Outside of the EMEA region, John Gates continues as CEO of Americas Markets Advisory, and Anthony Couse continues to lead the Asia Pacific Markets Advisory business.
