Perial Asset Management has acquired a hotel in Offenbach, close to Frankfurt, for €18 million for the SCPI PF Hospitalité Europe fund.
The 7,638 sqm asset, which offers 186 rooms and 25 parking spaces, is a three-star hotel completely restructured and delivered in 2020, operated by Campanile, a brand of the Louvre Hotels Group, under a 20-year firm lease.
Located in Offenbach, opposite the city center of Frankfurt, a city recognized for its economic dynamism which notably hosts the headquarters of several international companies and SMEs, the establishment benefits from first-class accessibility.
Frankfurt airport and central station is located 15 minutes from the hotel and a train stop is 6 minutes away.
