Panattoni has obtained loans from Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego in the amount of €64 million for further groundbreaking projects.
The financing will be used for the construction of the strategic complex of Poczta Polska in Radzymin and two buildings within Panattoni Park Grudziądz.
In recent years, Panattoni has been consistently supporting the development of new markets in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. The company delivered nearly half a million sq m here, implementing, among others, parks in Toruń and Bydgoszcz, and BTS facilities in Brześć Kujawski and Grudziądz, where the construction of Panattoni Park Grudziądz, the first industrial complex in this location, started last year. The construction of two buildings – with an area of 8,500 sq m and 25,000 sq m – will be financed with a loan from BGK.
The BTS project for Poczta Polska in Radzymin will also be financed by BGK. The investment near Warsaw includes a complex of two buildings with a total area of over 43,000 sq m, which will play a key role in the implementation of the strategic project of Poczta Polska – Logistics Network Architecture. Equipped with modern sorters designed for automatic processing of shipments, the complex will allow for streamlining and optimizing processes.

Panattoni Park Grudziądz is located at the Nowe Marzy junction in the Dragacz commune, connecting the A1 motorway – running from the southern to the northern border – with the National Road 91. The location allows you to reach the center of Gdańsk, the international airport and one of the largest seaports in the world in just over an hour. Baltic. In addition, it will allow you to reach Bydgoszcz and the airport in the capital of Kujawy in less than 90 minutes.
BTS implemented for Poczta Polska in Radzymin will include a cross-dock warehouse with an area of over 12,000 sq m and a warehouse and operating hall with an area of over 26,000 sq m. Additionally, zones with a support function and technical facilities will be located. The functionality of the facility assumed by Poczta Polska will be complemented by securing over 400 parking spaces located in the immediate vicinity of the operating halls and at the entrance to the facility. The project will be completed in the fourth quarter of this year.
