LOGOS is developing a purpose built circa 13,000sqm logistics facility for LF Logistics, an international leading logistics services provider, at its Marsden Park Logistics Estate in Sydney.
Having recently developed a three-storey, 102,197sqm facility for LF Logistics at its Wujiang FOHO E-commerce Hub Logistics Center in China, LOGOS has commenced development of their Marsden Park facility inclusive of a multi-level mezzanine. LF Logistics has committed to a long-term lease on the facility, which is scheduled for completion in August 2020.

“Marsden Park Logistics Estate offers tenants with excellent transport access to both the M7 and M4, enabling them to service greater Sydney and further afield; a key requirement given the continued growth in eCommerce.
