Folksam pays €50m for Stockholm property

Swedish insurance company Folksam Sak has purchased the Rotundan 1 property in central Stockholm from Zürich Insurance for SEK 565.5 million(appr. €50m).

The property has a very attractive location close to Humlegården and Stureplan. The nearest metro station is Östermalmstorg.

The lettable area is approximately 4,100 square meters and the occupation will take place in spring 2023.

In recent years, Folksamgruppen has purchased properties for the directly owned portfolio for more than SEK 27 billion. In total, Folksamgruppen now has directly owned properties worth almost SEK 62 billion.
