A fund advised by European investment advisor, DRC Savills Investment Management, has provided a £34m whole loan for the acquisition of a commercial property portfolio.
EPISO 6, a fund under the management of Tristan Capital Partners, has secured the financing for the purchase of four industrial and office assets at Dales Manor Industrial Park in Cambridge.
