DRC Savills IM secures €200m for pan-European whole loan fund

Savills IM's real estate debt business DRC Savills Investment Management (DRC SIM) has secured over €200 million in commitments for its newly launched Pan-European Whole Loan Fund.

Commitments have been secured from seven institutional investors from North America, Europe, and Asia.
