Deka Immobilien has sold an office building in Amsterdam to Aviva Investors, a global asset manager. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
The Strawinskylaan 10 property comprises more than 8,100 square meters of rentable space spread over four floors and 82 parking spaces. It is fully rented to a law firm on a long-term basis. The property is located on the western edge of Amsterdam’s Central Business District Zuidas.
Deka-ImmobilienGlobal acquired the building erected in 1988 as a refurbishment with expansion areas in 2004. After a holding period of 16 years with stable cash flow, there is now an opportunity to sell the property for the benefit of investors. The sale takes place within the scope of active portfolio management.
