The Bouwinvest Residential Fund has agreed to sell 48 homes in Haarlem, the Netherlands.

The Bouwinvest Residential Fund has agreed to sell 48 homes in Haarlem, the Netherlands.

Built in 1990, the homes, with an average surface area of ​​73 m², are located in the Zuiderpolder-noord district and are divided over two residential buildings.

The homes mainly have an energy label A or B.
