The Bouwinvest Residential Fund has agreed to sell 48 homes in Haarlem, the Netherlands.
Built in 1990, the homes, with an average surface area of 73 m², are located in the Zuiderpolder-noord district and are divided over two residential buildings.
The homes mainly have an energy label A or B.
Paul van Stiphout, Fund Manager Dutch Residential Investments, says about the transaction: “This sale is the next step in optimizing our portfolio. It also helps us to improve our performance and offer our investors a stable return.”
