Dallas-based real estate investment trust TIER REİT has acquired a prime three-acre a land site located on 3354 Peachtree Road in the Buckhead, Atlanta through a joint venture with an entity owned by Regent Partners and Batson-Cook Development Company.
The joint venture plans to develop approximately 560,000 square feet office building.
