London-based property developer Telford Homes has appointed Lesley Chen Davison as Chief Operating Officer.
In this role, she will join the firm’s executive committee and be responsible for supporting the execution of Telford Homes’ business strategy.
She will lead on the execution of investment and development management reporting to CEO Anne Kavanagh.

Chen Davison is a well-established leader in the UK’s build to rent (BTR) having been heavily involved in some of the UK’s earliest purpose-built BTR projects, including East Village and Elephant Central during her time at Delancey, where she was a senior director for 14 years.
She also brings extensive experience in ancillary sectors such as office, retail, hotels, schools and in debt, equity release and lifetime mortgage products. She has a keen focus on digital innovation.
Chen Davison most recently served as the Head of Commercial Strategy for GoSpace AI Limited, where she oversaw strategic, go-to-market, client and operational initiatives along with investor and partner relationships. Prior to that, she was CIO of Seaforth Land leading the firm’s investment strategy, property acquisitions and financing. She started her real estate career at Deutsche Bank, spending time in both the New York and London offices.
