Stockholm-based banking group signs lease at Empire State Building

Empire State Realty Trust (ESRT) said that Swedbank, a Stockholm-based banking group, has signed a 7,905 sq ft. lease on the 45th floor at the Empire State Building.

Empire State Realty Trust (ESRT) said that Swedbank, a Stockholm-based banking group, has signed a 7,905 sq ft. lease on the 45th floor at the Empire State Building.
