Consisting of three separate hall sections,the property covers a usable area of 22,000 sq m as well as ten truck parking spaces and has been awarded a DGNB Gold sustainability certificate. Completed in autumn 2019, the logistics property has been leased long term in equal parts to the Seifert Logistik Group and pharmaceutical company Dr. Willmar Schwabe.
The building also has an unheated hall or loading tunnel of around 820 sq m as interim storage and which can be used for the lateral loading and unloading of trucks.

The A5 motorway can be reached in a few minutes by vehicle and Karlsruhe is around 10 minutes away via the Bundesstraße 36. The site is connected up to rail transport through the Karlsruhe DUSS terminal, which is around 20 minutes’ drive away, and the Karlsruhe Central Freight Terminal.
