Real I.S. AG has acquired two office properties in first-class locations in Berlin on behalf of the Real I.S. theme fund Deutschland II from Patrizia. The purchase price was not disclosed.
The first property with approximately 8,600 square metres of total space is located in the trendy district of Berlin Friedrichshain.
The second property at the established office location of Berlin-Mitte comprises about 9,500 square metres of residential and office space.
The office building on Warschauer Strasse measures exactly 8,584 square metres. It is a historic building that was extensively renovated in 2019/2020 and extended by adding a storey and an extension.

The second property is located on Chausseestrasse. It comprises an office building with a total of 7,389 square metres that was fully renovated in 2019, as well as a 2,067 square metre residential building with 25 apartments and commercial space.
Both office properties in Berlin have excellent transport links and very good infrastructure, and are fully let with long terms remaining on each lease.
