Perial Asset Management has bought the West Park 2 office building located at 4 place Marcel Paul in Nanterre from AXA IM Alts.
Perial AM acquired the property on behalf of its SCPI PF Grand Paris and its SCI PERIAL Euro Carbone , both labeled SRI.
Following the acquisition of the Visio Défense asset at the end of June, the company is taking over a new office asset in the tertiary district of La Défense.
This is the West Park 2 office building belonging to the campus of the same name located in the heart of the Les Terrasses district.
It is fully leased to Groupama Campus on the basis of a firm 12-year lease.
The West Park 2 asset, completely restructured in 2017 by the architectural firm Sérau, has a surface area of 20,000 m², divided into R+7 including 3 basement levels and mainly dedicated to offices.
The bright floors, glazed over their entire height, are divisible in order to offer tenants different work spaces.
The establishment also benefits from a green interior patio as well as a coffee shop with more than 400 seats. An indoor car park completes the services (204 spaces, 11 of which are equipped with electric charging stations).
In terms of the environment, West Park 2 has several certifications: BREEAM Very Good, NF Tertiary Buildings – HQE Renovation approach Excellent level and BBC Effinergie Excellent level.
