Pebblebrook Hotel Trust, a publicly traded real estate investment trust(REIT) and SH Hotels & Resorts announced the property redevelopment plan at Hotel Vitale in San Francisco. Following an extensive $25.0 million renovation, the hotel will relaunch as 1 Hotel San Francisco and will open in 2021.
The hotel’s 200 guest rooms and suites overlook the San Francisco skyline and the Bay Bridge. SH Hotels & Resorts, a subsidiary of Starwood Capital Group, will manage the property following the completion of the renovation and rebranding program.
