PATRIZIA AG has appointed Eduardo de Roda as Country Manager Iberia. Based in the company’s Madrid office, Eduardo de Roda is running PATRIZIA’s Iberian operations which currently oversees AUM of EUR 1 billion across Spain and Portugal.
With over 17 years of experience in the Iberian real estate market, Eduardo de Roda joined the PATRIZIA team in 2010. Since then he has been responsible for the acquisition and sales programme across the region. A graduate of Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF) in Madrid, Eduardo also worked at Unibail Rodamco Westfield’s Spanish investment team and Sonae Sierra before that.
