European industrial and logistics real estate developer Panattoni has sold Panattoni Park Bremen Süd, a logistics center located in Verden in the south of Bremen to Savills Investment Management (Savills IM).
Panattoni Park Bremen Süd was completed in 2021. The tenant is BLG Handelslogistik GmbH & Co. KG.
The park, which comprises two independent buildings, is characterized by its excellent north-south and east-west connection via the A27 and A7 federal motorways. The metropolises of Bremen, Hamburg and Hanover can each be reached in under an hour’s drive.
The total usable area of the DGNB-Gold certified property is around 67,000 m², of which around 59,000 m² is hall space, 3,700 m² is office space and almost 4,000 m² is mezzanine space. Outside there are 168 car and 28 truck parking spaces. Deliveries are made via several ramps and ground-level gates.
