Palmira Capital acquires logistics property in southern Poland

Palmira Capital Partners has acquired a logistics property, in Sosnowiec, southern Poland.

The vendor belongs to the group of companies of Bluehouse Property Fund IV L.P. SIF-SICAV. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Sosnowiec Park, is located at Inwestycyjna Street 14, Sosnowiec and was constructed in 2020. Standing on a site of approximately 59 700 square metres, provides a lettable area of around 32,000 square metres. 30,000 square metres of this is warehouse space, with around 2,000 square metres of office. The logistics property is fully let to 5 tenants. This single build-ing asset has flexible layout and can serve both storage and light manufacturing functions. The building was granted an „Excellent” rating in the BREEAM certification system.
