Orchard Street Investment Management, a commercial property investment manager focused on the UK market, has announced the promotion of Fergus Egan to Partner.
Fergus Egan joined the business in 2014 from Universities Superannuation Scheme Investment Management, to head up Orchard Street’s retail asset management team. Retail investment property has evolved significantly in recent years and the onset of Covid-19 has hastened the pace of change. Fergus’s knowledge and experience in the sector and his strong and established relationships with retailers has enabled him to continue to create good asset management successes with his team even in these challenging times.

Fergus is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and also holds an Investment Property Forum Diploma from the University of Cambridge.
