M7 Real Estate Netherlands B.V, on behalf of M7 Real Estate Investment Partners IV (EREIP IV) Dutch Propco 2, has sold office building “Campus Offices” to Greystar. The office building is located at Dalsteindreef 141-151 in Diemen and measures approximately 3.670 m²and has 56 parking spaces.
Greystar already owns and manages the “OurCampus Amsterdam Diemen” complex, as well as the “OurDomain Amsterdam Diemen” which is under construction.
The building is very conveniently located on the city route S112 / Gooiseweg and a few minutes walking distance from station Diemen-Zuid. “Campus Offices” is fully let to Regus, NSO, Infinity College, Credit Desk and Careermaker, among others.
M7 EREIP IV Dutch Propco 2 B.V. has acquired the building in 2017 from Chalet XI B.V.
