M7 Real Estate has let c. 12,500 sq ft of retail warehouse space at Lombardy Retail Park in Hayes to Currys, an omnichannel retailer of technology products and services.
Currys has signed a 10-year lease and will take the central unit along the main terrace, joining other notable occupiers such as Sports Direct, TK Max, JD Sports, H&M, and Superdrug.
This recent letting increases the overall occupancy of the c. 220,000 sq ft retail park to 100%.
Anchored by Sainsbury’s, Lombardy is one of London’s premier retail parks with excellent transport links. It sits immediately adjacent to both Uxbridge Road and The Parkway, providing direct access to central London via the M4 and A40.
John Murnaghan, Managing Director at M7 Real Estate commented: “This letting demonstrates the ongoing strength of the retail warehousing market in the UK and completes an excellent retail offer at the park. We continue to see robust occupational demand for well-located assets in urban areas where supply remains extremely constrained. We look forward to Currys officially opening their doors in the coming months.”
