KGAL has sold Deutsche Telekom’s global headquarters in Bonn on behalf of several South Korean institutional investors.

The company acted both as part owner of the property and as transaction advisor to the majority owners, several South Korean institutional investors.

The 81,000 sqm single-tenant property, built in 1995 and partially refurbished in 2017, is fully let to Deutsche Telekom on a long-term basis.

The property was acquired by Art-Invest Real Estate.

“With the sale of the property, we were able to successfully conclude the engagement for our Korean partners,” said André Zücker, Managing Director Asset Class Real Estate at KGAL Investment Management GmbH & Co. KG.
