HighBrook Investors buys Dutch logistics portfolio for its new platform

HighBrook Investors, a real estate private equity firm, has formed a new urban logistics platform named CityLink in partnership with Dutch asset manager and developer Proptimize.

The platform has acquired a portfolio of 33 industrial and last mile logistics properties comprising a total of approximately 200,000 m2.

The properties were all acquired in the fourth quarter of 2020 via 16 separate transactions. The 33 objects are located in urban infill locations within the Randstad while over 70% of the total portfolio concentrates on Amsterdam and Rotterdam.

HighBrook Investors and Proptimize plan to significantly grow the CityLink portfolio this year with additional acquisitions across the Dutch market.

The acquisition of the initial 33 properties was supported by Citystone Group, Bert Angel Consult and Wallstone Capital. Loyens & Loeff, Savills Building Consultancy and Hofstede cs advised on the due diligence. Portfolio and Financial management of CityLink is carried out by Everglow Real Estate Management and technical property management by Square Four.
