ESR Australia announces management team appointments

ESR Australia announced a new management team appointments for New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland states. The company has appointed Scott Falvey as General Manager – NSW, Simon Sayers as General Manager – VIC and Craig Robertson as General Manager – QLD.

Scott Falvey has over 20 years of experience in development and construction in the real estate sector in Australia. He joined ESR Australia last year and has been pivotal in the development of office and industrial assets. Prior to joining ESR Australia, Scott held senior development roles with Stockland and the Goodman Group.

Simon Sayers has held management roles on large-scale developments in Australia, the Middle-East, South-East Asia, and China. He returned to Australia for this role after several years in Dubai, and he brings over 20 years of experience to the position.

Craig Robertson has joined ESR Australia in Queensland, after working in a number of industrial and commercial sales, leasing and development roles in Perth, Sydney and Brisbane. With more than 25 years in the industry, Craig has previously held roles at Dexus and Doric Construction.

Over the last few months, ESR Australia has announced a raft of land acquisitions and is seeing strong interest for these new estates.
