Emperor International Holdings has acquired a commercial building,CentreHollywood, at No. 151 Hollywood Road, Hong Kong for HK$595 million from Hong Kong International Construction Investment Management under HNA Group.
The Property is a 26-storey commercial building situated at a prominent location in Sheung Wan with a total gross floor area of approximately 32,727 sq. ft. Such acquisition is expected to be completed on or before 19 August 2019. The Group intends to use the Property as property investment purpose.
Mr. Donald Cheung, Executive Director of Emperor International, said, “Such acquisition has once again demonstrated our ambition to optimise the Group’s property investment portfolio by acquiring quality properties. Located at the prominent commercial hub in Sheung Wan with convenient access, we are confident towards the leasing demand for the Property and hence its potential of rental returns in the future.”
