Real estate investment and asset management firm Delancey and Coltham, a privately owned commercial property development and investment company, have launched Greenlight, a new UK logistics platform, to develop first-class, mid box assets with strong sustainability credentials.
Greenlight plans to develop logistics assets approximately 20,000 and 100,000 sq ft in size and located near major conurbations and transport arteries in the UK.
Greenlight have already acquired five sites, the first of which is located at King’s Heath, seven miles south of Birmingham city centre and five miles north of Junction 3 of the M42 motorway.
The UK logistics platform aims to utilize environmentally friendly technologies, targeting BREEAM Outstanding and EPC A+, reducing costs to the occupier and minimizing environmental impact.
