German investment firm Deka Immobilien has acquired Enter, an office building project in Berlin from developer Townscape for €120 million.
“Enter” has around 13,500 sqm of flexibly divisible office space and is fully let to Contentful GmbH and Merantix AG, two innovative start-ups in the field of software & AI, for a lease term of 10 years. Completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2021.
The office development is located in the Berlin district of Mitte in the Gesundbrunnen district. Originally shaped by industrial use, a trendy and up-and-coming location for modern services has established itself here with numerous companies from science, research and high-tech.
