Deka Immobilien has purchased an office and commercial building in Dublin from Aviva for €25 million.
Deka said the property in Dublin is to be incorporated into the portfolio of the Deka-ImmobilienMetropolen open-ended real estate fund.
The core property, which was extensively revitalized in 2016, is located in the middle of Grafton Street, one of the most prominent retail locations in Dublin.
The building has a lettable area of around 1,750 square meters and is fully and long-term let to two users. The main tenant is H&M Hennes & Mauritz (Ireland), who uses the retail space of more than 900 square meters for its brand & Other Stories.
The office space on the top three floors is occupied by Hays Specialist Recruitment, the global Irish market leader for personnel service providers and recruitment of experts.
