Cofinimmo Offices SA/NV, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cofinimmo, signed a private agreement relating to the granting of a 99-year leasehold right on the office building located rue de la Science/Wetenschapsstraat 41 in the Central Business District (CBD) of Brussels.
The proceeds amount to approximately €12 million, the company said.
This amount is in line with the latest fair value (as at 31.03.2023), as determined by Cofinimmo Offices’ independent real estate valuer, prior to the signature of the agreement.
The notary deed should be signed in a few weeks.
The site dates from 1960 and offers approximately 2,900 m² of office space. Its occupancy rate on 31.03.2023 was approximately 98%.
