CBRE IM divests shopping center in Eindhoven

CBRE Investment Management (CBRE IM) has sold the Heuvel shopping center in Eindhoven to a partnership between developer 3W Real Estate and investor AT Capital, on behalf of the CBRE Dutch Retail platform.

Heuvel shopping center is located in the center of Eindhoven between the shopping streets Demer, Rechtestraat and Hermanus Boexstraat, only a 5-minute walk from Central Railway Station.

The total investment volume is approximately €130 million, said 3W Real Estate in a press release.
 
It is a popular center of more than 50,000 m2 with mixed use including entertainment, shops, parking, living and offices. In 2017, the centre was named the most sustainable shopping centre in Europe by the Dutch Green Building Council. Heuvel has a regional function with a great attraction for residents of Eindhoven residents and the surrounding area.
