CBRE has appointed David Fogarty as managing director of its UK Property Management business, effective 1st March 2020.
David Fogarty is currently Managing Director of Property Management for Singapore and Southeast Asia at CBRE.
CBRE’s UK Property Management team provides property and asset management services across 5,000+ assets for major global and local investor clients.
With a career in APAC spanning 25 years based in Australia and Singapore, David Fogarty is recognised for his outstanding leadership and several notable achievements, including successfully doubling the size of the CBRE Property Management business in Southeast Asia over the last four years, creating a Sustainability business line and for introducing digitalisation to the portfolio.

CBRE’s previous Managing Director of UK Property Management, Emma Buckland, has been appointed Global President of CBRE’s Property Management business lines, overseeing the management of more than 2.7 billion square feet of commercial property, effective January 1, 2020.
