CA Immo has concluded the sale of Mariahilfer Strasse 17, a mixed-use property in Vienna.
The new owner is IG Immobilien, known for its expertise in managing mixed-use buildings in prime inner-city locations.
Centrally located on Mariahilfer Strasse, one of Vienna’s main shopping streets, the property totals c. 3,600 sqm of ground floor high street retail and above ground office space. Last reported occupancy was 92%.
