Brookfield Properties announced that it has added a 72-acre development site located in Orlando, Florida to its development pipeline for the U.S. logistics portfolio.
Once developed, McCoy Field Logistics Center will include three LEED-certified, Class A industrial buildings totaling 830,000 square feet featuring 32-36’ clear heights and ample car and trailer parking.
Brookfield said the site’s strategic location provides efficient access to highway infrastructure, which will be enhanced with the new interchange connecting Taft Vineland Road with the Florida Turnpike.
