Anthony Balestrieri has appointed as a Senior Vice President in Starwood to lead its Opportunity Zone investment business.
Mr. Balestrieri joins Starwood from MetLife Real Estate Investors, where he most recently served as Director and Head of Acquisitions in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Balestrieri will be responsible for identication of investment opportunities and structuring transactions to ensure the success of Starwood Capital’s ongoing investments in Opportunity Zones.
