LondonMetric Property Plc has appointed Kitty Patmore as an independent non-executive director, effective immediately.
Kitty Patmore is chief financial officer of Harworth Group plc and has 15 years of finance, banking and real estate lending experience drawn from roles at Harwood, DRC Capital and Barclays Bank PLC.
She also joins as a member of the company’s audit committee, replacing Andrew Livingston on that committee.

Andrew Livingston is appointed to the company’s remuneration committee whilst Robert Fowlds is appointed to its nomination committee.
