Custodian REIT plc has changed its name to Custodian Property Income REIT plc with immediate effect.
The UK REIT said the new name better reflects its primary focus on and track record of generating income returns for shareholders and expects the change to make the company’s shares more prominent to retail investors, particularly those accessing via online platforms.
It is expected that the company’s shares will trade under the new name on the London Stock Exchange with effect from 8.00 am on 8 December 2022.
The company’s trading instrument display mnemonic (CREI), the ISIN and SEDOL numbers and the company’s website (custodianreit.com) will remain unchanged.
