PS Business Parks announces addition to the S&P MidCap 400 Index

S&P MidCap 400 Index

PS Business Parks, Inc., a real estate investment trust (“REIT”) that acquires, develops, owns and operates commercial properties, primarily multi-tenant industrial, flex and office space, announced that it will be added to the S&P MidCap 400 Index.

The Company will be removed from its current membership in the S&P SmallCap 600 and added to the S&P MidCap 400 effective at the open of trading on Thursday, April 11, 2019.

As of March 31, 2019, the Company wholly owned 28.2 million rentable square feet with approximately 5,050 commercial customers concentrated in six states and held a 95.0% interest in a 395-unit apartment complex.
