European retail management and development company Multi Corporation has acquired two freehold land plots in the heart of Amsterdam for the development of ten luxurious apartments and highly sustainable offices.
This is Multi Corporation’s third development acquisition in just 12 months.
These new developments, closely situated near Amsterdam Central Station, will comprise of ten high-end apartments and a grade-A office.
Elmar Schoonbrood, Co-CEO of Multi Corporation, expressed his enthusiasm for the project, stating, “The acquisition of land plots in Amsterdam and the development of the offices reflects our dedication to creating exceptional spaces that meet the evolving needs of professionals and comply with the ESG standards of today. We are excited to be developing again – this is the third development acquisition in just 12 months. We see huge potential for creating high quality and sustainable offices and residential units.”
The investment for the development is a joint effort between Multi Corporation and M.O.S., a Haarlem-based company known as Mother Of Space. The Amsterdam-based firm, Marc Prosman Architecten, is responsible for the project’s architecture.
The construction scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2024. The completion of both the apartments and the office building is targeted for the first half of 2025.
