Mitsui Fudosan, Edge to acquire development site in London

A joint venture between Mitsui Fudosan UK, the UK subsidiary of Japan’s largest real estate company Mitsui Fudosan, and European real estate developer Edge has agreed to acquire an approximately 1-acre island site in close proximity to the new Liverpool Street Elizabeth Line station in London.

The partnership will deliver a new fully ESG-compliant building, boasting the highest levels of sustainability and wellbeing, the companies said. ”Integrating smart technology, innovative design and the use of repurposed materials, the development will comply with the Paris Climate Agreement and pave the way for a new standard of buildings.”
