A joint venture between The Newport Beach Business Unit of Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and Clarion Partners LLC. has started construction on Knox Logistics VII, a state-of-the-art, 1.1-million-square-foot speculative Class A logistics building.

The logistics development is located at the intersection of the I-215 freeway and Cajalco Expressway in Riverside County, California.

The Knox Logistics VII project is situated on 73 acres and will include 40-foot clear height, an eight-inch floor slab, cross-dock loading, 185-foot secured concrete truck courts, ESFR fire sprinklers, abundant auto and trailer parking, easy freeway access, and many other state-of-the-art features.

”TCC & Clarion Partners’ previous development projects have brought thousands of jobs and other tangible and ancillary benefits to the County of Riverside, including public street and infrastructure improvements, increased property values and tax revenues, and world-class tenants who bring employment opportunities and tax revenues to the Inland Empire community,” said TCC ina statement.
