Deka Immobilien has sold ’47 Austerlitz’, an office building in Paris to BNP Paribas REIM France. BNP Paribas REIM has acquired the property on behalf of SCPI Accimmo Pierre fund. The parties have agreed not to disclose the sales price.
The 47 Austerlitz office building was built in 2003 in Paris and has a lettable area of more than 22,600 square meters and 132 parking spaces. The office building is fully let to a leading tenant: the French bank Natixis, a subsidiary of the BPCE group since its completion. The property is located in the established office submarket ZAC Paris Rive Gauche in the 13th arrondissement.
Guillaume Delattre, Chief Investment Officer of BNP Paribas REIM France comments: “We are delighted with this new acquisition, which is in line with Accimmo Pierre’s strategy by adding a modern building to our portfolio, located in a constantly evolving district which has a direct link with two major service centers in Île-de-France. This transaction – most of the process of which took place – during the containment period, demonstrates our ability to position ourselves in large volumes, even in times of crisis. “
