BMW signs lease for 70,000 sqm at Goodman Business Park in Tokyo

The BMW Group (“BMW) has signed agreement with Goodman Group to lease over 70,000 sqm at Goodman Business Park Stage 4 for its new regional distribution centre. The four-storey, high-specification logistics facility, over 100,000 sqm, will be completed in October 2020.

Goodman Business Park is a master-planned, business and technology precinct spanning over 500,000 sqm in Chiba Prefecture, Greater Tokyo. The park currently features three sustainable state-of-the-art logistics facilities, with Stage 4 under development.
