Real assets investment manager AlphaReal has been awarded a £240 million portfolio of ground rents, long lease real estate and infrastructure assets to manage on behalf of a large UK DB Pension Scheme.
The appointment of AlphaReal to manage this portfolio, in addition to an existing portfolio already managed for the same client, increases this portfolio to over £440 million.
